Safety and Appropriate Conduct

Zero Tolerance for Violence:
- We uphold a zero tolerance policy for violence in any form. Any sign of violent behavior will result in immediate removal from the group.
Inappropriate Behavior:
- Any signs of inappropriate behavior will be addressed through the following process:
  - A gentle warning will be given for any initial instances of inappropriate behavior.
  - If repeated, this will result in immediate removal from the group.
  - Reporting is confidential and complaints can be raised to a Board member privately (list of board members here). Your name will not be shared with anyone else.
