Come join fellow KAPS members as we re-visit one of the sites of our first union, Angel Island - "The Ellis Island of the West." For those of you who have never been, Angel Island is a truly historic (and beautiful!) monument in Korean-American history.

We will be meeting at Pier 41 in San Francisco at 10:30 am to take the ferry from SF to Angel Island.

Activities at the island include:
- Lunchtime BBQ
- Hiking
- Group games
- Sports
- Possible tram tour

Cost will be $30 for members, $35 for non-members (you can sign up for membership the day of). This includes food, ferry and activity costs.

PLEASE RSVP NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY, JUNE 18TH SO WE CAN PREPARE THE PROPER AMOUNT OF FOOD.

After our BBQ and afternoon of fun in the sun, we may go out for dinner and/or drinks in SF. More info to follow.

To save money on parking, we will be organizing carpool locations from around the Bay Area, so please indicate where you will be coming from.

Please let us know any specific food allergies or restrictions. You're also welcome to bring your own food.
