HABITAT FOR HUMANITY COMMUNITY SERVICE EVENT

Mar 15 2008 - 8:30am
Mar 15 2008 - 4:00pm

Location: De Long Street and Santa Cruz Ave, Outer Mission, San
Francisco

Come help a family in need with Habitat for Humanity San Francisco
(HHSF), a nonprofit organization that seeks to eliminate poverty
housing and homelessness from the world.

We will each be playing an integral role in building a home in San
Francisco under the supervision of an HHSF construction manager. Even
if you have never picked up a hammer before, you will be trained on
the tools being used and any skills you may not know. Volunteers can
participate in activities as varied as pouring foundation, raising
walls, painting, tiling, and electrical work.

After the event, join us for more festivities and food.

Spaces are limited so please RSVP to Jean at jeansuepark@gmail.com.
