On Thursday\, October 9th\, the beautiful Samsung Hall in the Asian Art Museum will be converted to a runway for models and actresses from Korea to present a modern Hanbok fashion show alongside premier fashion designer\, Kim Hye-soon. The modern hanbok has gotten a lot of attention in Korea and Asia\, in general\, and has recently started to come West (Paris Hilton\, Britney Spears\, Sandra Oh\, and even Hillary
Clinton is wearing them).
Golf Tournament with KAPS\, KABA\, KASE\, AND KAC
KAPS is proud to partner with KABA\, KASE\, and KAC to host this year's fall golf tournament. The tournament will be Saturday\, Oct 11th at 11\:00 am at the great Metro Golf Links in Oakland (10051 Doolittle Dr\, Oakland\, CA).
The cost will be $100/per person (covers green fee\, cart fee\, prize fund\, range balls\, and box lunch) - and includes a free cocktail reception and the chance to win special prizes. There will be prizes AND a putting contest for players and non-players.
